Please don’t adjust your set

Update: We're up and running again. Thanks for your patience everyone.

We had a little hiccup this morning throwing everyone's profile pages into blank, white, space. The Recent Readers badges are working fine and our hamsters are logging your stats just fine. It's just that you can't see them yet.

Stay tuned here for updates while we continue to work behind the curtains

  3. No problem. thanks for your good work

  4. Everything is working fine with me. Good to see the changes in the login and password as well.

  5. Hi! I’ve been trying to register for My Blog Log, however, when I enter my info and hit “register” the screen simply repeats with all of the field info cleared. I’ve tried to email support but no answer. Can you email me at bloggyvision@mail.com and tell me what I’m doing wrong?

  6. How do I get the widget for the discerning readers blog thingamajig?

  7. I have a dumb question for you guys…How does one send out a blanket community message (like the kind I’ve been getting on myboglog)on mybloglog?

  8. @Potato – works fine as far as I can tell. Try the ol’ restart to clear the cobwebs and try it again.
@ubermouth – go to your profile page and under “Account Tools” add a site to your profile. Once the site has been registered, you’ll see a “Get Widgets” button beneath the thumbnail of your site. Click on that and follow the instructions.
@sf girl – go to any of your sites’ community pages and you’ll see a “message members” link up top next to the thumbnail image of your site.

  9. I would love a way to remove the picture I submitted for my blog.
Could I recommend you designing a feature of offering users the option of taking off a photo and using the default image you automatically place?

  10. @Emma
No problem. Just click on “settings” and you’ll see the Screenshot area has an [update] link next to it. Click on that and you can upload a fresh screenshot of your site.
